Bay 2 is half torn down…

• Why timelines can’t be set in stone
• And why quality costs.

You hang up and you already know how it goes:

They disappear, come back weeks later mad you didn’t “hold a spot,” or they take your ballpark and shop it until someone desperate gives them a fantasy number.

That’s Noise.

And if your phone is full of noise, your schedule fills with the wrong work.

Not always the wrong jobs.

But definitely the wrong process.

They’re trying to figure out if you’re the right shop to trust.

Most of the buyers you want never even get that far…

Because your shop:

–> Doesn’t show up when they search from their part of town

–> Doesn’t look like the kind of place they’d trust with a six-figure restoration

–> Feels hard to reach…because you’re always on the phone with quote-shoppers and “I saw a guy on YouTube do it for $1,000” conversations
